She uses all of these techniques to bring about a holistic approach to your healing journey accessing the subconscious mind to clear trauma from your energy field and body and teach your energy what is feels like to thrive.

It has been through these practises that she herself, driven by her own pain, illnesses and mental health has been able to go from an anxious bundle of mess to a successful entrepreneur and sacred space holder. It has been her curiosity of the Universe, our origins, our ancient ways and our truth, that has created the bundle of knowledge that she has obtained, shares and brings into her work.
